Invitation Video TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please take a moment to carefully review the following terms and conditions before proceeding with the creation of your personalized invitation video:

1. Content Ownership: By using our invitation video service, you acknowledge that you are the rightful owner of the content being used in the video, including text, images, audio, and any other materials. You agree that you hold the necessary rights to use and distribute this content and that it does not infringe upon any copyrights or intellectual property rights of any third party.
2. Personal Data Protection: We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data provided during the creation process will be used solely for the purpose of generating the invitation video and will not be shared with any external parties. We adhere to all applicable data protection laws and regulations to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information.
3. Usage Restrictions: The invitation video generated through our service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You are prohibited from using the video for any commercial purposes, such as promoting a business, advertising products, or soliciting services. Any unauthorized use of the video may result in legal consequences.
4. Prohibited Content: You are prohibited from using our service to generate invitation videos that contain any of the following:
   • Offensive, obscene, or abusive language
   • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
   • Illegal or unethical activities
   • Violent or graphic content
   • Nudity, sexually explicit material, or adult content
   • Content that promotes or glorifies acts of violence or cruelty
   • Content that infringes upon the rights of others
5. Responsibility for Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality invitation videos, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the generated content. It is your responsibility to review and verify all details to ensure they are correct before using or sharing the invitation video.
6. Liability Limitation: We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our invitation video service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or any other losses or damages. We do not assume responsibility for any errors, interruptions, or delays in the service or the generated content.

• Delivery Format: MP4 File whatsapp friendly as Whatsapp allows Media file upto 16 mb limit
If needed on Email – Final Mp4 HD quality (1920 px x 1080 px), link will be shared link via wetransfer to download.

• Payment Terms: 100% advance payment
No refund is provided, as the design you see, is what you get

• In case you need additional slides or more versions, like bride/ groom name swapped, or one version with only certain functions, another will all functions, it will be additional. You can check an estimated pricing for it on the ADVANCED CUSTOMISATION TAB above.

• If you want to change font style/ colour, background colour it will be additional & you need to tell us beforehand. You can check an estimated pricing for it on the advanced customisation tab above.

What is customised/ included in the above Standard Rate?

• All Text Matter Details in the Card (as long as it fits the space as per design)
• Images/ Photos (if shown in the template you choose)
• 1 Song only (Note that we do not provide song editing service such as stitching, cutting audio files)

• 1 round of revision is offered if needed. Any changes after the approval will be INR Rs. 500 per round of revision.

• Delivery Days: Standard (within 3-4 working days)
Urgent (2 working day | + extra charge mentioned below)

• Please note: Our corner Logo & Watermark seen throughout the video is removed, we only keep the logo in last frame.

Make the payment to confirm the order. After this we customise the template from our end as per the details shared and share the invitation.
